The World's Greatest Lie

I agree that we control our own destinies to a certain extent. We can't control who our parents are or how they raise us, but after a certain age we control our destiny. Every decision we make affects our future, and we are in complete control of our choices. I think people believe the "world's greatest lie" because we are taught that if we set our mind to something, we can make it happen. Also we are presented with many choices during life, and how we decide affects our furture.
